A Safe Haven for Beth
After escaping the clutches of a tyrannical grandfather in Boston, Beth Eastman and her three children travel by wagon train across the Nebraska and Wyoming Territories in 1876. You will come to care for Beth and her children from the beginning of their flight to the end of their story. Feel Beth’s fear as she attempts to keep her family safe. They face many hardships along the way, yet they rejoice as they meet those obstacles with the strength from their Heavenly Father.
Will her lies find her out as she takes on the position of stagecoach station operator of Mustang Ridge? Will she be accepted into the community? Will Carlisle Caruthers, grandfather to her children, be able to locate them there and take her children away from her? And most of all, will Sheriff Adam Tucker allow her to stay?
