About Nathan Nicolau (Charlotte, North Carolina Author)

While most kids wanted to be astronauts or firefighters when they grow up, Nathan wanted to be a writer. Ever since a young age, he has been captivated by stories and how they shape us. This passion for storytelling led him to pursue a fine arts degree from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA), where he graduated in 2018. While there, he received the Henry Pollock Excellence in Filmmaking award twice in a row by demonstrating his commitment to crafting meaningful stories.
After graduating from UNCSA, Nathan has established himself as an emerging young writer. He released his first collection of poetry in 2019 and has also written articles for numerous websites and magazines.
He lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife.
