This memoir is the heart and soul of a girl who basically grew up in a parallel universe created by her mother, an untreated paranoid schizophrenic. Finding her voice saved her life. In writing the story of her healing journey, she stands in solidarity with others who have experienced childhood trauma to break mental health stigma and hopefully empower you to find your voice too.
